Coupon Info
We send out free coupons to our customers every year to say thank you for
their support. We appreciate each and every customer we have so this is
how we give back to you. Below are the guidelines for our coupons and we
also have gift certificates for sale if you know someone in the greater Portland
metropolitan area that could benefit from our services. Please contact
sales@softservepcs.com for more
info. If your an existing customer looking for your coupon please see the
attachment included with your email. If you didn't get it or need it in a
different format please let us know and we'll take care of it.
- As of Jan. 1st 2014, we will be delivering our coupons via email.
If you're a current customer, please be sure we have your current email
address on file by sending an email to:
sales@softservepcs.com with
"Coupon Info" in the subject field.
- If your email address changes in the future you will need to
contact us with your new info in order to continue receiving your valuable
coupons.
- Please print out your coupon and give it to your service tech the
next time you have a service call.
- A coupon can only be printed or used 1 time.
- You can only use 1 coupon per service call. We
sometimes send out additional coupons during the year and the same rules
apply.
- Coupons now have an expiration date printed on them. They
are good for 1 year from the date of issue, not the day you print
them.
- The coupon is good for computer service, PC's, or PC components only and has no cash
value.
- It can be transferred or given to someone else that might benefit from
our service. All rules apply the same as if they were a current
customer.
- Giving someone you know a coupon does count as a referral and
entitles you to a $10.00 discount on your next service call but they have to
have used our services prior to your service call.
- We do not sell, redistribute, or give away your email address to
any other company or person. It is only used internally by our company
for sending coupons, correspondence, or our monthly
newsletter should
you choose to receive that. (click
